The rigor we apply to our products and services extends throughout our entire supply chain, which is why we regularly evaluate our suppliers in a structured, transparent, and demanding manner. This continuous evaluation process ensures that we work only with partners who are aligned with our values of excellence, reliability, and responsibility.

How do we evaluate our suppliers?
The evaluation is carried out by supply category, using specific criteria tailored to each type of partner:

Veterinary Medicines and Products and Animal Feed: We assess recall history, product quality, compliance with deadlines, responsiveness, adherence to agreed commercial terms, management of incidents and quality complaints, compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and prior communication of changes.

Transport: Our logistics partners are evaluated based on satisfaction questionnaire results, compliance with collection schedules and delivery deadlines, the frequency and resolution of incidents, and the speed of communication.

Facilities and Services: In this category, we consider the quality of the service provided, the timely provision of documentation, compliance with deadlines and scheduled visits, speed of assistance, and response time.

Other Suppliers: For complementary products and services, the criteria include compliance with technical specifications, respect for deadlines, price stability, the quality of technical and after-sales support, and response time to our contacts.
